I recently completed my SIA Door Supervisor top-up refresher course here, and the entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, and all course materials were communicated clearly beforehand. The instructor was engaging, highly knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job of breaking down the updated legal requirements, counter-terrorism measures, and physical intervention techniques. Having the First Aid component included made it a great all-in-one package. The venue was clean, accessible, and well-organized. I had a fantastic experience at Prometheus qualifications. All the instructors were brilliant - very experienced and made learning actually enjoyable. The course was well structured, covered everything we needed for the exams, and we got plenty of practice for conflict management scenarios. The centre itself is clean and professional.
