I recently completed my SIA Door Supervisor top-up refresher course here, and the entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, and all course materials were communicated clearly beforehand.
The instructor was engaging, highly knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job of breaking down the updated legal requirements, counter-terrorism measures, and physical intervention techniques. Having the First Aid component included made it a great all-in-one package. The venue was clean, accessible, and well-organized.

I recently undertook the door supervisor course at the prometheus qualifications. Our trainer was Mr.Hassan and Mr.Hamza. Both of the trainers were extremely good at teaching and that genuinely showcases their expertise at the academy. They were really respectful and considerate as I was the only female student in this batch. I sincerely appreciate the staffs for treating me with due respect and making me feel very comfortable.
Overall, Im very thankful that I chose this academy to get trained 🙂

Today was our last day, and honestly the six days passed so quickly that it felt like we were learning in the comfort of our own home.
