If you are unable to attend the course on the scheduled date, you must notify Prometheus Qualifications at least 2 days prior to the course start date. Upon notification, we can arrange a rescheduled course within the next 6 months, subject to availability and at the same location. Please note that a rescheduling fee of £50 will apply.
To request a reschedule, please contact us via phone or email at least 48 hours before the course starts. Each booking allows a maximum of 2 reschedules. If you fail to attend the course within 6 months of the initial start date, you will need to make a new booking.
All bookings are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend the course, you may be able to reschedule it depending on your course plan. In such cases, a rescheduling fee of £50 will apply. If you contact us within 24 hours of your booking, we may be able to put your booking on hold.
If you have paid a deposit and fail to notify us of non-attendance, you will not be eligible for a reschedule. In this case, your deposit will not be refunded, and the remaining payment will still be due. Furthermore, if you do not attend the course and payment has been received, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event of canceling your course due to medical reasons, we require evidence such as a doctor’s letter. A handling and administration fee of £50 will be charged or deducted from your refund amount.
If Prometheus Qualifications cancels a course, you will be eligible for a full refund for the canceled course.
