To enrol on this course, you must:
✅ Be 18 years or older
✅ Hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent teaching qualification)
✅ Hold a Level 3 Conflict Management Instructor qualification (e.g., Level 3 Award in Delivering Conflict Management Training)
✅ Have good literacy and communication skills
✅ Be physically capable of demonstrating physical skills safely and repeatedly
✅ Have up-to-date occupational competence and/or security experience
